The inspiration for this music video came from the New York ballroom scene and a Tik Tok trend which saw ‘regular’ people falling into an edited clip of a dancer doing a vogue death drop. This was coupled with the idea of a preacher in church conducting a sermon with a second, more flamboyant persona coming out whenever he become animated in his sermon.
